How do I choose my dates?

Secure a stay today and book dates later! You have two years to stay from the date of purchase with bookings 12 months in advance. There are no blackout periods, however book ahead for peak periods (such as Christmas or school holidays) and please take note of current availability notices at the top of the payment page for a guide on available dates.

Is Breakfast/Meals included?

Breakfast is not included in this low rate, however breakfast starts from only $20 pp

Are Flights included?

Flights are not included in this low rate, however, you can use the savings towards your flights for a truly great value Vietnamese Vacation! We will send you information post date reservations with information to help you find the best airfares.

How do we complete our reservation?

Once you have secured a stay, you will receive a confirmation voucher via email/SMS. Simply click the link to select dates and add guests and details for your date reservation! You can check the progress of your reservation online 24/7 and complete your date reservation anytime within 2 years.

Can I book two or more rooms/deals for my children or extra guests?

These stays are reserved for promotional purposes so they can't be used for extra guests or children. A couple or couple + children must occupy the room for this special rate.

Can single guests/friends use this deal?

The promotional rate offered by the resort is based on married or de-facto couples (and up to 2 children) occupying the room. The discounted stays are not available for single guests or friends sharing the room. Please follow our Facebook page for more offers as they become available.

Can we extend our stay (or stay less days)?

Yes! You can request a quote for additional days when you submit your booking request to the resort. Rates will be retail less a discount (10-30%) subject t to availability. (You can stay a minimum of 4 nights provided check out is Saturday if you choose to stay fewer nights)
