Flights options will be provided by the team by email, SMS or through the VIP app for your perusal and final approval.
Payment and finalisation of the flights is your responsibility and must be finalised directly with the airline using the links provided by the concierge team.
ViaResorts and the concierge team cannot be responsible for failure to finalise a flight from the links provided.
Prices and flights may vary from the time of sending options which is outside of the control of the concierge team. It is advisable to act to complete payments for flights as soon as possible from the time of receipt.
